Housefull 2 : second biggest weekend collector of 2012

Sajid Khan's multi-starrer Housefull 2 has garnered Rs. 42 crore in its opening weekend. . Akshay Kumar is back with a bang.  It's Akshay Kumar's biggest opener ever. The first 3 day collections of the film were Rs. 14 crore, Rs. 13 crore and Rs. 15 crore, taking its three-day total to Rs. 42 crore. Talking in terms of box-office records, Housefull 2 has the second best opening day collections of 2012, after Agneepath (Rs. 25 crore). The film is going strong in overseas also. Thus proving that film’s story has nothing to do with other events (IPL)  happening in country as well as cast’s form at box office. Though the business on Friday and Saturday was affected due to the cricket matches, while the business in North and South circuits got affected due to the strong opposition posed by a Punjabi and Telugu film, respectively. Yet, a fabulous start of Rs. 40 cr + weekend has ensured the film a prime place in the biggest openers' listing.

On this expected success of his film Sajid Khan was found saying “I saw the movie last night and I promise you, I am not saying this because I directed this film, I am saying it out of sheer love for cinema as an audience, this film is a blockbuster and I am so proud that I have directed it,”

Shootout At Wadala- The New Story of Dawood Ibrahim!!!!

Shootout At Wadala, John Abraham plays gangster Manohar Arjuna Surve, better known as Manya. Tusshar plays his trusted lieutenant Sheikh Munir from the Dharavi slums.
The film explains how they met in jail and once out, they took on Dawood Ibrahim, thus cementing their place in the Mumbai underworld and then they carried off several successful heists till Manya was gunned down by the police.
The team explains that film is a prequel and not a sequel to Sanjay’s earlier film, Shootout At Lokhandwala (2007). “It revolves around the first ever police encounter in Mumbai that took place in 1982 — almost a decade before the Lokhandwala shootout,”  explains one of the team member.
“Once Upon A Time in Mumbai (2010)” revolved around the Haji Mastan and Dawood Ibrahim rivalry. Now, the upcoming “Shootout At Wadala” and the sequel to Once Upon A Time in Mumbaai will also have references to Dawood. It seems Dawood is becoming soft target and favorite character of Indian Film Directors!!!! Congratulations to Dawood G;)

Bond film called Skyfall!!!!!!

The title of the 23rd James Bond film has been confirmed as Skyfall.
The latest 007 adventure will star Daniel Craig for the third time. Leading ladies have been confirmed as French actress Berenice Marlohe and Naomie Harris. Skyfall will be directed by Sam Mendes, who won an Oscar for 1999's American Beauty.Mendes said the storyline will take the secret agent to London, China, Turkey and Scotland. It will see Bond's loyalty tested to M, his superior, while espionage headquarters MI6 faces an attack.
The movie, which sees the return of Dame Judi Dench as spy boss M, will also star Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney and Javier Bardem as the villain of the piece. It will be released in the UK on 26 October 2012.Much speculation about the new film has focused on what Mendes will bring to the franchise, with some suggesting he will tone down - or even abandon altogether - the action sequences.
But the director denied that this was the case. He told reporters in London that the "fantastic script" had "all the elements of a classic Bond movie, including - to quell any rumours - lots of action".

When asked what fans could expect from the latest film, he added: "The movie will reveal everything, and there's lots of surprises."Producer Barbara Broccoli said no-one had yet been chosen to write and perform the Bond theme tune.

A new Fan of Kilaadee within the Bollywood!!!!!

Its amazing for Akshay Kumar. He's found a new fan in producer-director Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who is currently producing Rowdy Rathore, beams K.One. He's impressed with the actor's professional behaviour and adores the fact that Akshay reports on the sets, on time. So, Bhansaliji has threatened to send packets of his favourite Gujarati dishes in bulk to the actor's house. Now, I know!! definitely Khilaadee”s wife Twinkle will jump at the sight of that fattening food considering she works hard on maintaining Akki's diet.

Salman turns multi-lingual!

Actor Salman Khan will be the first Khan from Bollywood to speak in five different regional languages Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi and Hindi in a promo to announce the launch of a TV channel History. The actor has cut some interesting TV commercials for the channel wherein he is urging people to watch something new. Khan's latest promotional act sees him getting into the 'Jaisa Des Waisa Bhes' character in the promos.
